Privacy Policy

OrangeBaby helps parents and caregivers keep baby-care records. You may add a baby’s name, birthday, photos, feeding and sleep details, growth measurements, health information, and notes. You decide what to record. Only add information you have permission to use.

Baby profiles, saved care records, and attached media are stored locally on your device. OrangeBaby does not provide cloud synchronization. Your device or operating system may include app data in its own backups, depending on your settings. Removing the app or losing your device may result in the loss of local records.

Voice entry uses Apple’s speech recognition services to turn your speech into text. Depending on your device, language, and system settings, Apple may process audio on its servers under Apple’s Privacy Policy.

When you use AI recognition, the transcript and relevant context, such as the reference time, time zone, and baby’s birth date when provided, are sent to our recognition service. That service uses OpenRouter and the selected model provider to prepare record drafts. If you request AI trend analysis, relevant care statistics and growth measurements are also sent to prepare your report; the request is initiated by you. Text you speak may contain personal or health information; include only what you want processed.

Third-party processing is subject to OpenRouter’s Privacy Policy and the applicable model provider’s policies, including their retention practices. Review AI drafts before saving them. You can enter records manually without using voice or AI recognition.

Microphone and speech recognition access support voice entry. Camera and photo access support the media you choose to add. You can manage permissions in iOS Settings. You can edit or delete records in the app; copies in device backups are managed separately through your backup settings.

This website does not use analytics, advertising trackers, or cookies. Hosting infrastructure may process technical request information, such as IP addresses, to deliver and protect the website. If you email support, we receive your email address and the information you include so we can respond. Please avoid sending sensitive baby-care information unless it is needed to explain your request.

OrangeBaby is intended for adult parents and caregivers, rather than for children to use independently. Information about a child should be entered only by a parent, guardian, or an authorized caregiver.
