Using OrangeBaby
By using OrangeBaby, you agree to these terms. The app is intended for adult parents, guardians, and authorized caregivers to organize baby-care information for personal use. If you do not agree, please stop using the app.

You retain ownership of the content you add. You are responsible for its accuracy and for having permission to record or share information about others. Use OrangeBaby lawfully. Do not misuse the app or its services, attempt unauthorized access, or interfere with their operation.
Health information
OrangeBaby is a record-keeping tool. Its records, summaries, reminders, and AI output do not provide medical advice, diagnosis, or treatment. Consult a qualified healthcare professional about your child’s health, medication, feeding, or development. For an emergency, contact your local emergency services.
Voice entry and AI drafts
Speech recognition and AI may misunderstand information or produce incomplete or inaccurate drafts. Check dates, times, quantities, units, and other details before saving or relying on an entry. Optional online features depend on third-party services and an internet connection. How these features process information is explained in our Privacy Policy.
Local data and availability
Records are stored on your device, and OrangeBaby does not provide cloud synchronization. You are responsible for managing any device backups you need. Uninstalling the app, device loss, or device failure may cause data loss. Features may change, and we cannot guarantee uninterrupted availability or error-free operation.
App ownership
The OrangeBaby app, its design, and its software remain the property of their respective owners. You may use the app for its intended purpose under these terms and the applicable App Store terms. These terms do not transfer ownership of the app or its intellectual property to you.
